  This rental car company seems affordable only because there are a ton of hidden fees. If you are driving to Andorra note that there will be an extra charge for crossing the border. There's also a fuel fee no matter where you take the car. The car was decent, though, and the service was good.

  They're prices for were very good customer service good as well. Unfortunately the car I had rented got vandalized but they were understanding and told me not to worry. Getting the car took a bit of time but I guess giving cars to total strangers shouldn't be so easy, but on returning everything went fast and I could reach my plane in time. They also provide transport to and from the airport for free. Just look for a yellow mini bus between terminals B and C at the bus stops.

  When we picked up the car it was late at night and dark, the gentleman that served me told me there was no need to inspect the car as we were fully covered by the insurance. We placed a child car seat in the back and set off to our holiday accommodation

  I've enjoyed the experience. Renting was easily done online and I've got the car of the expected specification. I also like full-to-full tank option (and the gas station is nearby).

  When we returned the car it was inspected and we were told there was a stain underneath the car seat and we would have to pay an extra cleaning charge of 100 euros. We didn’t cause the stain and it must have been there when we picked up the car and wasn’t noticed because we were told not to inspect the car!

  I discussed this at the time and stated that we were told not to inspect the car, and the lady who served me got help from her manager and they agreed not to charge me. I was with my father and brother-in-law at the time who both had hired cars and bore witness to this conversation. We left thinking that Centauro were a good company to deal with.

  Upon returning home they have now charged me for cleaning, even though they agreed not to charge me! I am now chasing a refund from them with no phone number to call, just a web form and email address which do not get responded to.
