    Unfortunately a review with 0 stars is not possible. My experience with COLDCAR: First we received a dirty car that didn't even have a full tank and after changing the car it didn't get better. Advice: Prevent leaving a deposit of money, they won't transfer it back to you. Later the costumer service will be first inventing stories and later stop answering your e-mails.

    I booked a car at Goldcar rental, paid online by debit card 402.57 euros. On the mail came a letter with a link to a video on how to get from terminal 1 to the rental office. I waited about an hour for the shuttle bus at a stop before we found out that the rental office was in terminal 1. After finding the office at least, I waited for my turn about thirty minutes, and when finally my turn came, the manager offered two options for insurance: blocking 1400 euros and extended insurance for 290 euros. I chose the basic one and were given the same card for payment, which was paid online, and then the manager stated that for this mycard does not fit, I need a credit card, not a debit one. I said that I booked a car on such a card many times in another rental, I never had any problems. But I were not able to convince this lady. What an insolent extortion of money! She refused to give us a car, arguing that the fact that we paid the rent does not give us the right to it. What? Are you seriously? I asked to invite a senior manager or director to get a car or return money, which got an unclear answer about the fact that she would call the police. Well, I asked to call at least the police, because it's just a robbery. But she said that today I will not get a car, so next time I think twice. Here I am a little taken aback, why such a megalomania and the desire to teach us life? Explain, please, how can a manager not issue a paid car because she is not in the mood and she did not like the customers? It's just outrageous impudence and disrespect to customers! What right does she have to spoil my vacation? It seems she just forgot? I asked her to introduce herself, she does not even have a name plate, but she refused. Do you think I will turn again to your rental? I have not received the car through the fault of Goldcar manager
