  I visited the office to get the report for the stolen phones of mine and son's, to claim insurance. An officer said the theft would be treated in one report. So I wrote a document describing me and the situation of theft. And then another officer who might make the report said to him (she said only Spanish) something, and he said, the two phones should be treated separately, so my son should come there and write the document himself. OK, I ran to him, and we ran back to the office to meet the departing time. (about 1 hr and some minutes left). He wrote a document himself, and then she asked me about the departing time, and declared that she cannot make the report until then. She said it will take 1 hour for each report. There should be 2 hours for that. I don't think it will take 1 hour for making that simple report. And If so, they should ask me the departing time at the first time. They should know that the departing time is very important in treating that operation. At last the daddy and son were all in sweat just to make them the reason to deny the report making. I think they, no, she, just did not want to do anything.
